- TATim and AllyJul 15, 20261.0I had to put in multiple maintenance requests before anything got done. My dishwasher hadn’t been working since I first moved in and had to hand wash everything. My floor was chipped and uneven. Which I was told would be fixed before we moved in. Maintenance came 2 months after I made my requests. They came when no one was home, without prior notification. I also feel like they only finally showed up after my neighbors apartment flooded at 1 Southview. So all around pretty terrible experience and have little confidence or trust with maintenance.

- VJVV AND JJJun 19, 20261.0Moved in an hour later than was originally scheduled due to maintenance waiting until last minute to finish working on apt. Garage door was supposed to be fixed and I’m still waiting, I had to prop open garage door to move my stuff into garage. Also a sliding closet door/hot water tank fell off and almost hit my daughter. Still waiting for them to come and fix that . No smoke or carbon monoxide sensors replaced after painting found them in a drawer a few other things we figured once they showed up we can point these problems out. Called and voiced our issues but they were more concerned about my nyseg & national grid account numbers and vaccination records for our indoor cat. It’s been 3 days since we moved in and no maintenance has been around, not a good start to this new adventure in life.
