During this time, I have experienced many ups and downs, with maintenance consistently being the most significant challenge. At times, these issues were severe enough that I considered moving to a community that demonstrated more care for its tenants. However, my perspective has changed significantly since Helleny joined the office. She is exceptionally kind, empathetic, and truly cares about the residents and the condition of our living spaces. She performs her due diligence to ensure that apartment issues are addressed in a timely manner. While I have been disappointed by many unresolved issues over the years, I now have faith that things are turning around. With Helleny in the office and the new maintenance team in place, I am confident that Twin Lakes can once again be the beautiful and amazing place I fell in love with when I first moved in.
