- ASA StricklandJun 5, 20261.0Me and my girlfriend were treated poorly they had a high turnover rate with staff, argumentative when explaining the apartment packet, very rude and dismissive there was a fire in our building December 25th 2025 the treatment was horrendous, extra long walk to the overflowing garbage bins dogs everywhere and dog poop everywhere, some good people some good tenants but management pretty bad
- EMEleonore MMar 24, 20261.0After I first contacted Fox Run to ask a question about one of their policies, I had multiple, rather pushy, messages from Lee about scheduling a tour and moving in immediately, even after stating s/he understood the move date was 8/7/26. Eventually, I was directed to reach out to the property directly to answer my question, which I did. The email I received back made absolutely no attempts at professionalism nor in anyway could be considered welcoming or warm. It was one line, with a greeting where my name was incorrectly spelled (they had the correct spelling form my email), and no closing to tell me who was responding to my inquiry. I had to dig deeper into the email to find out Merion was the person who replied. Even then, I'm not sure if Merion is actually from the property or not since the email address was aptleasing.info. If this is how they treat a potential renter, how would they treat someone who lives there? I would not recommend a property that cannot or will not even attempt to be professional in their communications with the public.
