  Melody did a wonderful job with an issue I had with the refrigerator. After a thorough check she found that there was an underlying issue within the breaker box itself along with issues with a gfci; and not the refrigerator. She made sure everything was in proper working order by the time she was finished. Very friendly and helpful!

  Been here a month, multiple times I have complained about bugs in my apartment unit and nothing has been done. People park their cars in the lot and proceed to blast music loud enough to shake your walls inside, pool not available for the whole season, I am not joking when I say sleeping in your car or renting a hotel room long term would be so much better. The property managers don’t care about the tenants at all as long as they continue to get paid. It’s literally robbery how they operate this place. Do not waste your time or money here. Second update since my first review and I can only say bad things about this place. There is no soundproofing in between units and can hear everything your neighbors do. People constantly leave trash in the hall, mop buckets with dirty water, and building doors are always left open. The leasing office won’t work with you on any of these things. There are tons of domestic violence situations with people screaming at eachother in parking lots and buildings making it a very unpleasant atmosphere. Almost every other apartment complex in the area has better prices and better environments. The people here are lazy and only money hungry. When the laundry rooom floods with water from their bad machines they will make you call the company to submit a work order

  Service was terrible I had sent three emails about pot smoking on the second floor as I lived on the third floor and I didn’t want my 1 year old daughter at the time going through that I got one response back saying that it was going to be taken care of and it didn’t I got no response back to the other two emails I had sent. When my wife and I moved out I was told that we were getting a security deposit back within 30-60 days and that was as of May 1st now I know I am still within my time but I had sent an email on June 6th 2019 and I have yet to get a response back just like every other time I have sent an email no response. This is unbelievable there were problems with my apartment since day 1 and when I wrote on the apartment checklist the problems nothing was taken care of like my door how you had to shoulder it to get it open. UNBELIEVABLE
