  Would definitely recommend this Eagle Rock! Its located perfectly, for shoping and commuting. Shari is the property manager and is really on top of things. She acts quickly to help the tenants when a problem rises. Eddy and his maintenance team do a great job as well. Whenever I put a ticket in for something to get fixed they act quickly and communicate well with me as to what's going on! I know there aren't many openings in this location but if you have the opportunity to rent here I wouldn't pass it up!

  I had a good experience in the 401 office very productive day me and the office wirker Shari renewed the lease and everything went very well so i thank Shari for all the help

  Shari at the Eagle Rock Carle Place office is helpful, professional and I am very happy with her and the community. I have been a resident here for 28 years and I love it here.

  I had the best experience dealing with the staff at Carle Place Eagle Rocks. They were so incredibly considerate & informative. They made the move in process so wonderfully smooth & inviting. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!

  I've lived here for almost five years now and I had initially left a one-star review with complaints. However, ever since Eddie came in as the super, things have gotten much better. The buildings are old, but the maintenance team handles issues quickly when they arise. Some negative reviews might mention the parking being bad; while this used to be the case, they have finally taken meaningful action by issuing violation stickers with a 24-hour warning of being towed to cars without a permit sticker. This made a noticeable difference, and as long as this policy is consistently enforced, residents should always have a parking spot. Lastly, Shari has been a great Community Manager. The improved communication to the residents is appreciated.
