  I’ve lived here for going on 5 years now and I’ve noticed significant improvements to the property and quality of life. Maintenance issues are now resolved very quickly, complaints about quality of life concerns are quickly addressed and handled, safety improvements are continuously being made, and the property is regularly cleaned. The nearby area has plenty of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment within walking distance. Within a 10 minute drive you then have just about everything you could ever possibly need on a regular basis. The Northern State Parkway and Meadowbrook State Parkway run right next to the property but noise from the highway is minimal and you can get onto the highway very easily.

  Really happy living here! The complex is well kept and comfortable and our community manager has been amazing. She’s friendly and responsive and has made several positive changes since she started. It truly makes a difference for residents.

  The apartments are great and well maintained! The leasing process was smooth and stress-free. Shari was extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout the entire leasing process. Eddie is very nice and was extremely helpful during move in.
