  I’ve had a great experience with the property management team, especially throughout the process of getting my apartment. They have been extremely helpful, responsive, and accommodating every step of the way. Shari, in particular, has been amazing to work with. She made the entire process smooth and easy, was always available to answer my questions, and was incredibly helpful throughout everything. I truly appreciate how welcoming and supportive she and the management team have been!

  A special thank you to Shari and Eddie for their attentiveness at the property! We recently moved in and had some minor plumbing and internet issues, and both Shari with the leasing office and Eddie the super worked to get us set up quickly! They are both wonderful to communicate with, and make Eagle Rock a nice place to call home. You can tell they really care to make the residents happy here!

  Shari and the team at Eagle Rock made my move in seamless and accommodating. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful in the moving process! Shari did a phenomenal job at providing assistance with the creation of accounts and I would whole-heartedly recommend Eagle Rock at Carle Place to anyone looking for an apartment!

  I’ve had a great experience living here. The property manager is very nice, professional, and always pleasant to interact with. I’ve also had a great experience with the maintenance team. Eddie from maintenance has been great whenever I’ve had an issue. He responds in a timely manner, is nice and helpful, and makes sure that my concerns are addressed. He and his team do a great job making sure resident’s concerns are taken care of. I really appreciate their hard work and excellent service!

  So excited to start our new chapter married in our new home at Eagle Rock Apartments. The apartment complex itself is beautiful, manicured, and well maintained. Our apartment is newly renovated with a brand new toilet, refrigerator, and wood flooring. It’s absolutely stunning, spacious, and gives so much natural light. Above all else, the community manager Sheri went above and beyond to help us with the application process, and to make us feel comfortable and right at home during the walk through. I’m so excited and grateful to have her as the community manager. I’m so excited for what’s to come in our new space, and feel at peace knowing that this is our new home.
