  Only live here if you like the worst people for neighborhoods and want to be able to hear their every movements, including them in their bathrooms. Neighborhood is filled with trash, Kori will only talk to you if you talk about her kids first and the amenities listed are always being further reduced and or are not enough for the building. The stars are Matt and the maint team. They are incredible and deserve every compliment possible.

  Unfortunately my experience living at Pinnacle North was not as good as I would have liked it to be. The apartment complex is visually appealing from the outside and inside, however this comes at the cost of very poor building materials and poor sound insulation. I struggled with noise from above. I could hear everything. I attached videos to this review so you can hear for yourself and see if this is an ideal living space for you. If you want to live here and you’re a working professional that values the importance of getting adequate rest and/or enjoying peace at home, I suggest you rent only in the upper most units. If you attempt to transfer to another unit in the building, management unreasonably requires a half month’s rent as a transfer fee. This was really the largest issue I had with this complex. Another thing I want to point out is you get one parking space in the garage, which is great as it’s secure access only. The outside parking lot isn’t gated and I’ve witnessed a tenant’s car getting backed into (hit and run) at night, as the parking lot is highly utilized by kids who come to the area to party on Friday and Saturday nights. Something to keep in mind for a couple or families with more than 1 car. Otherwise, I liked having a mail room, elevator, trash chute, gym, a swipe key, spacious unit, laundry in unit, reasonable utility bills. The balcony was nice but they have a huge pigeon problem. Maintenance is amazing and very responsive and friendly. The online portal is extremely convenient. The move in and move out process was hassle free.
