  Place is a crap hole roaches and bed bugs galore. no one answers the office phone. RUN!!!

  I've lived here 2 yrs and I've seen this place go down hill fast. When we moved in they told us water n garbage was included its not extra on top of the rent . How they figure out my garbage is beyond me considering we all use trash can outside which is creeping damn near into the parking lot. We are charged a pest control fee and yards have not been sprayed since last year but they charge a pest fee that some how goes up and changes depending ur rent amount as does the "flat" fee for the cable internet price. Maintenance is slim to none you have to keep calling and bugging them to get anything fixed and then the have an attitude. Im sure the 10 of them are not busy all day everyday. The yards around the set back away from the office apartment are are over grown and poorly maintained since in house guys took over. You can literly see where they chose to mowe and chose not to. Lock to the secure entry has been broken for 6 months now ikn because the guys broke it with my key day before I moved in to new apartment. The snow removal do t happen they come start tracter and maybe do a circle in parking lot but dnt touch any of the open spots during the day when everyone is at work. Birds just flying in and out of dryer vents making themselves at home then it takes a week or more to get them to come clean it so u can your laundry properly.yet they wanna raise the rent n the most the can offer you is a one time carpet cleaning or new blinds.mean while your rent goes up 30 bucks every year. Noone in the office answers the phone and your lucky if you get an email back. You have to physically go to office to get anything resolved or not in most cases. I was told I'd get a new key that wouldn't break the lock again never got that either and well not like it matters considering the lock hasn't been replaced yet its been 6 months so far. Tree branches growing into the parking spaces. My neighbor was locked out due to broken lock on front door and he was told to buzz one of the neighbors to get in . This was in beginning of February. They finally took lock out that left broken earlier that day. Im not happy with my experience here all they seem to care is the bottom line n money while the rent goes up and the grounds go to hell by the day. We have sislles n cotten growing all around our back door and ac units outside. Will be looking to move when lease is up.

  They do not take care of the property: clogged gutters that drown flower gardens; branches rubbing the roof knocking shingles offand piles of dead tree branches only 10 feet from the building! A fire hazard!

  I’m very disappointed, I’m going on living here for 8yrs. The complex has gone downhill over the past two years. Understaffed, nothing gets done to improve the complex.. This could be a great place to live. I would never recommend this place at this present time. Hopefully the powers to be Will read this review and something possibly can happen.

  Great experience so far. Very informative and accommodating. Very nice peaceful place
