  I love living at The Barcalo! This building always has an energy and buzz to it. I love the art displays that change throughout the year and especially Sevens Cafe! Jeremy, the building manager is wonderful to work with. He is very attentive and gets things done in a timely manner if I ever need something. Dillon from maintenance is very professional and takes care of any maintenance issues I have had promptly! Thank you Jeremy and Dillon!

  This is a great place to call home. The first‑floor Art Alley adds a creative, one‑of‑a‑kind touch that makes the community feel vibrant and welcoming. Management is reliable, easy to work with, and always stays on top of keeping the property in good shape.

  I moved into Barcalo Living 6 weeks ago. I love this place and it's amenities. Jeremy is so helpful and welcomed us in the building and made us feel comfortable with this community 💕 we love it here. Today woke up to a cute treat by Barcalo Living. We appreciate them treating us to welcoming spring. Thanks so much.

  We have lived at the Barcalo for over a year. Everyone who works here is very helpful and friendly. Whenever we’ve needed help, Jeremy and Dillon have been responsive and supportive. They are always improving the common spaces, and I love the abundance of art (especially on the first floor).

  I understand a new place is hard to manage and continue building its presence. I’ve lived across Buffalo in many different spots and know the city very well for all the hot spots. Unfortunately this area is not that great for community building. The building itself needs more community development as well. I put on events and experiences for a living and this place doesn’t create any type of social interaction or atmosphere. Having traveled over 25 countries and throughout the U.S., I’m shocked at the level of customer service too. Elevator is continually broken on a weekly or bi weekly basis. My particular unit is very sunny and open concept, however I can hear the water pipes and the walls are pretty thin where I can hear other conversations. And some of the materials feel cheap for a place that charges quite a bit in an area that isn’t exactly the best. Interesting to the say the least. And I’m sure a formal response will be written below, but I think some loving and authenticity would be valued greatly here.
