    I’ve been in this building for almost 10 years and it just keeps getting better. The Garnett truly takes excellent care of its tenants. The doormen are always attentive, friendly, and responsive - they look after my dogs, give them snacks, handle my packages, and consistently go out of their way to look out for me. Their speed and efficiency in solving problems make a huge difference in daily life.

    I just moved back to NYC and stayed the weekend at my friend’s apartment @ 146 S 4th. Beautiful apartment but the rooftop bar across from it was obnoxiously loud until after 3 am every night. I’m looking closer to the water in a quieter building.
