We switched to My Property Man and it has been night and day. What I love is that Cem & Semih are operators and owners -- they care about their clients and their business. They are responsive, thoughtful and for the first time in years it feels as though the board can take a back seat because we trust our property management company. If you are reading this review, its likely because you are fed up with your current management company. Here to say that you are in the right place and that I highly recommend My Property Man.

They collect my rent, take care of my bills and handle all the leasing. I never had turnover vacancy since they started to manage my apartment. They take care of repair needs of my apartment as well.. My tenants say they are super friendly and easy to communicate with. I'm so glad I found these guys. Highly recommended!
