  Really nice studio and 1 bedroom apartment the landlord is really nice and they give you a couple days heads up when maintenance is going on and very affordable rent

  New to brockport landing, moved all the way from the state of georgia ! i have to tell you , best service. LISA is so friendly and sharp, truely cares about the residents ! STEVE is awesome, amazing excellennt !!! he is so friendly and welcoming and everytime i need anything concerning my apartment his fast and gets the job done. I do not feel like i am alone here, they make you feel so welcome!!!

  Recently under new management and they have done nothing but make improvements since! The staff has been friendly and helpful, especially the maintenance team!

  These people deleted my review, which is wrong. Everyone should know how terrible it is to live here. There is black mold, which i can prove. The roof leaked in every building as recently as 2017. The tenants are sketchy and will bother you regularly, the parking lot is never plowed and steps are always icy. It's still The Villager and always will be, don't waste your money here. And by the way, I had plenty of interaction with your rental office and your corporate management and you never did anything to fix what you did wrong, you just let us break our lease so we'd stop bothering you with necessary repairs that weren't going to get done. Don't sit around and damage control every negative comment, that's asinine. How about dump some money into this fire hazard or tear it down entirely and stop making your tenants pay a premium for a rotbox.
