I wanted to share my experience, as unfortunately, it was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. The communication throughout the entire process was extremely poor, both with us as customers and between the different departments involved. There was delay after delay, and we were repeatedly left waiting without clear communication or updates. Unfortunately, the workmanship on the house itself was just as disappointing. My local contractor, after inspecting the work, described it as, “It looks like an old house that has had a few really bad upgrades done.” I have approximately 200 pictures documenting the poor workmanship and numerous issues we encountered. We also attempted to contact the manufacturer directly regarding these concerns, but there appeared to be virtually no way for us, as customers, to reach anyone who could help. Ultimately, I had to pay an additional $7,000 to have another individual correct and address issues before my painter could even begin his work. This was an unexpected and substantial expense that resulted directly from the condition of the work we received. Based on our experience with the Syracuse location, I would not recommend doing business with them to anyone not even for a dog house. The combination of poor communication, repeated delays, lack of customer support, and the quality of workmanship made this an extremely frustrating and costly experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to prevent other customers from experiencing the same problems.
