  Rob is amazing! We had an AC issue, and he fixed it in no time. Whenever my husband and I submit a maintenance request, he’s always quick to respond and does an amazing job. We really appreciate everything he does!

  I want to give my humble opinion about Mr. Robert because he is a great Service man when it comes to responding to the issues you may have in your apartment and if there’s any emergency where you need help he will help you asap. He is excellent in manifesting his efficiency to the resident, I know him now for these 10 years living here and he is always very attentive to service calls 🙏🏼

  Extremely easy move in and overall process. We had some issues day 1 with the AC and they completely replaced it. Service requests are also handles very quickly with a response always in less than a day. Can't thank the staff enough for making it a pleasant and wonderful place to live.

  I recently moved into a newly renovated studio at Mid Island Apartments, and I couldn't be happier with the experience so far. From day one, everything has been seamless — and a huge part of that is thanks to our super, Rob! The property is beautifully maintained, and whenever I've had even a minor issue, Rob has shown up within the hour, ready to help. It's rare to find that level of responsiveness and care, and it truly makes a difference in feeling at home.

  Rob. He is the maintenance manager; he is very efficient and is always walking around the complex, ensuring that everything is in order. He always has a smile, and he is kind and respectful.
