  Modular home placed on site in November 2025, home still not done. Septic tank not installed to code, and draining improperly. Large gaps in my marriage wall where the house meets, there should be no gap - no responsibility taken. Wrong vent lines connected and dripping on Hvac system. Improperly sized windows in basement. Electric failed inspection, plumbing installed incorrectly and pitching in wrong directions. Roofing installed incorrectly. Get your house inspected, get opinions of other contractors and ask for quotes to fix the work. Infact avoid this place entirely, I wish I did. I contacted Corporate, their response - "work it out with the individual home center." When the individual home center requests work to be fixed, corporate denies it and says find a cheaper contractor to fix it. Corporate, do your job.

  Not much to say at this point other than we are looking at Clayton homes to purchace a Modular home for our little lake lot. As of now we put a deposit thats needed to do a land visit to see if it will fit. If not out of a $2500 deposit they keep $250 to cover the 10 mile drive, time and effort. It it wont fit or after the visit we decide to not go thru with it we get back $2250. We shall see how it all works out and i will update review as the project moves forward.

  Was working Heidi to get approved I gotten denied but I didn’t receive any call back no flow up. I also didn’t know she put the loan for 350 ,000 I can by a house for less. Heidi Also stated to me that if I was to do the first time buyers loan along with the regular house, I wouldn’t touch my principal for 10 years, which is also a lie because as soon as you pay the first mortgage payment as soon as you make your first payment you start paying on your principal so another gimmick I will not be using this company and I wouldn’t use them either if they can’t do a simple follow up.
