You explained how it all works, breaking it down for us step by step. From purchase to delivery Ms Heidi and team have been very professional and great help with any questions we had and we couldn't have gotten here today sitting in our beautiful home which we love without you guys The Jaipal family highly recommends Clayton Homes of Ballston Spa, particularly Ms. Heidi as the best home solutions specialist anyone can ask for she is just a text away anytime we reach out.

  Last Summer (August 2025) we placed a deposit on a double wide manufactured home and were very excited with all of the additional features and to move forward. Visits were made to the site location and Dylan Porter and Heidi Choiniere promised us everything was possible/no problem. Everything was a go! They confirmed and told us to tear down our old single wide mobile home. On December 19th the demolition occurred. We know that it was a rough winter and did expect some delays until the Spring. Around April we reached out to follow up on next steps. We were promised call backs and emails and they kept delaying further. Then they claim to have sent a crew out to check the property again to advise next steps. After even more promised callbacks and delays they then informed us that our site "was treacherous" and the home could not be delivered. We were not given any alternate options. We spent tens of thousands of dollars getting trees removed and preparing the site all based upon their initial confirmation. We will be seeking legal action. Please do NOT do business with Clayton Homes of Ballston Spa, NY. Unprofessional, unreliable, unethical business practice, and a complete lack of accountability. We would give zero stars if possible

  Modular home placed on site in November 2025, home still not done. Septic tank not installed to code, and draining improperly. Large gaps in my marriage wall where the house meets, there should be no gap - no responsibility taken. Wrong vent lines connected and dripping on Hvac system. Improperly sized windows in basement. Electric failed inspection, plumbing installed incorrectly and pitching in wrong directions. Roofing installed incorrectly. Get your house inspected, get opinions of other contractors and ask for quotes to fix the work. Infact avoid this place entirely, I wish I did. I contacted Corporate, their response - "work it out with the individual home center." When the individual home center requests work to be fixed, corporate denies it and says find a cheaper contractor to fix it. Corporate, do your job.

  Christian provided exceptional assistance in helping me find the ideal home that met my specific requirements and budget. The entire staff was very pleasant and professional. I have never experienced such a high level of professional service before. Top knock business. During my interactions with Christian Daley, I observed his dedication to assisting me in making my decision. His genuine desire was for me to feel comfortable with my choice, which led me to understand the process. Without Christian's knowledge and expertise throughout the purchase process, I believe I wouldn't have received such exceptional service.He provided comprehensive insights into the property I was acquiring, detailing how each feature and quality of the home would best suit my needs. We are currently awaiting a delivery date to transport my prefabricated home to my property. Christian will be present on-site to ensure a smooth process. At this time, I will continue my review and make a video of the process. I have full confidence in Christian to make sure it all goes well! Thank you, Christian, for your assistance with this purchase. I could not have asked for a better person to guide me through this process.

  Not much to say at this point other than we are looking at Clayton homes to purchace a Modular home for our little lake lot. As of now we put a deposit thats needed to do a land visit to see if it will fit. If not out of a $2500 deposit they keep $250 to cover the 10 mile drive, time and effort. It it wont fit or after the visit we decide to not go thru with it we get back $2250. We shall see how it all works out and i will update review as the project moves forward.
