  Mid tier. Does the job but don't expect anything fancy. The lobby always smells funky, either weed or butt. The elevator is in a constant state of either repair or disrepair, but works still. Not a fan of the parking situation as many have their cars somehow permanently parked, taking up the close spots. But, is what it is.

  Currently renting but will not be renewing. Good location, maintenance staff is good. The problem is packages getting stolen. Specially got bad this year, It’s only April and I already got 4 packages stolen.

  The boulevard Tower is one of the great place to live, The staff is outstanding ,the surroundings of buildings is always clean the laundry room with the superb and I just love the staff and being in this area and it's close to everything the boulevard Mall top a lot of food places that you would love to eat it's just a community within the community with great love, also the boulevard towers look out for a there tenants they provide a friendly month gathering where everybody can get together and have a good time like a meet and greet 😁 also they have a nice social room a nice common area where you can just go sit and relax they have a backyard area with a swimming pool like if you want to invite your grandkids over you can have a picnic it's just a fun place to live. Yay for the boulevard Tower

  I have lived here with my wife for nearly 2 years. The staff both office and maintenance are fantastic people And great at there jobs. We both have had a very positive experience in this living environment.
