  Jevon in the leasing office is absolutely amazing. He is extremely hardworking, professional, and always very kind whenever I interact with him. Anytime I have a request or need help with something, he makes it a priority and gets it handled quickly and efficiently. You can tell he genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in providing great service. The community is lucky to have someone like him!

  I heard about this complex as a potentially wonderful place, and usually I judge based on what I see rather than others’ reviews, but wow! The negative feedback is strikingly consistent, all pointing to the same problems—proof of move-in and move-out conditions—and many people say they’ve been hit with excessive cleaning fees and met with combative responses when trying to resolve the issues.. I don’t think I’d want to deal with known issues in a potential forever home.

  I lived here happily for about 3 years now. Great neighborhood, close to UB, and great living experience. A huge shoutout to Jevon and Nannie! They are a responsible and dependable team that eases my mind and ensures that all problems will be resolved. Extremely lucky to have them with us! ❤️ This place definitely deserves a much better review on google.

  I wanted to move into a loft but remodeling took too long and I found something else. Even though I didn't move in, it was a pleasure working with the staff. I have to give Javon and Kara credit. They stayed in touch with me, even when it was telling me bad news about another delay. Everytime I saw them they were smiling and professional and mainly they were always upfront about the delays. I appreciated that they were honest about the construction hold ups. They are doing a great job in a hard situation. And the remodeled apartments look great!
