  I love my apartment. I have been here 1.5 years. Kathy and management/maintenance are always on everything. Whether a small problem or question, the staff stays on it until there is a solution. My last problem was my patio screen door: I reported at the end of business day and it was fixed by 830 the next morning. Within the last few months, we have new front entrance doors and trim on our building and newly painted parking lot lines. The swimming pool is wonderful- I feel like I’m on vacation!

  Just an quick update - 10 years now and I'm still very happy to be resident at Shaker Run - see below... I finally got around to writing this review, my bad...I renewed my 1BR lease back in June, but better late than never. I have rented here now going on 8 years and have no complaints and totally recommend. Any maintenance requests I submitted were handled in a timely and professional manner. Kathy Perrone the property manager does a great job communicating any info/news related Shaker Run. There's more than enough parking, friendly neighbors and the best for last - great safe location, minutes to shopping, I87, Albany airport etc...
