  Have only been here for less than two months, and I’ve had so many maintenance and major issues. From a roof leak causing significant water damage and black mold to stepping on carpet nails to get jabbed by a nail painted over in my closet knob, it’s been one thing after another. The inspection looked okay, until paint started peeling off the wall, a dirty stove was left, and the other items mentioned above. Maintenance has done an okay job of being responsible, but not notifying people in the building that the roof came off and apartments above flood is unacceptable from management. Overall, it’s a nice area and location. The property manager and maintenance has done a good job at being responsive. However, the inability to report black mold and make an effort to notify and resolve the issue is unacceptable and makes the apartment inhabitable. I hope they get professionals in to resolve the roof and leakage that they’re responsible for, while moving us to a habitable unit and paying for the movers to do so.

  We live in E-Court it's a GORGEOUS apartment with high ceilings, brand new carpet and tons of space!

  I have lived at Shaker Run for many years. Kathy and Greg are wonderful people. They make Shaker Run a friendly community to live within. My apartment building is considerate and friendly. I would recommend Shaker Run as a place to call home.

  We’ve been living here three years and we don’t recommend anyone to live in these apartments. If you call them for maintenance they don’t fix anything. They replace it with old parts for example my refrigerator they replace it with an old one. When the sink doesn’t work they take out the sink crusher and put the striaght pipe. There extremely cheap. The manager is rude and only cares about your rent money. Laundry machines are very old and hardly work and have a horrible smell coming from the machines. There so cheap they can’t repleace them. It came out during the 1980s and is still here. Here they have high rent and nothing changes.
