  Trying to lease, But no one picking the call. one of the AI Robot picking up the call and asking information no one calls me back. called 3 times today.

  I'm happy to live here. safe and quiet place. I love the office team. They are always very friendly and problem solvers.

  Most of the staffs at Oxford Heights are very helpful and nice. HOWEVER, Melinda Rockenstyre, the Property Manager, is one of the MOST (if not the most) unreasonably persons I have ever met. If she wants you to vacate, she would come up with all sort of nonsenses to make you leave. For instance, accusing you for something you’ve never done. When you try to discuss the issue with her peacefully and if you know anything about the laws and ask for proofs. She would get all uptight and call cops to make you leave. Friendly note: for anyone looking for a decent apartment, you might wanna look somewhere else. Not because of Oxford Heights itself (Oxford Height is pretty decent) but because of the Property Manager.

  Good value considering the rent. Lots of ammenities, parking lots and roads always plowed, grass and gardens always well maintained, maintenance issues are quick to be addressed. Price chopper and crossgates within walking distance, and easy access to cdta #10.
