  I can't give no stars. These people are slum lords. They have a rodent problem and just lay traps. Instead of taking care of the issue as far as seeing where they are coming from. "HELLO" take care of your tenants.

  I’ve lived here for over a decade. If this tells you anything, most people who’ve lived here that long are all moving out this month. Burns Management doesn’t care about this property. It used to be they’d show within the hour or next day to fix things. Now, I never see anyone and it’s a struggle to get the most basic requests filled. Most of my neighbors, myself included, have had black mold growing in their apartment and Burns has done nothing when told. If you’re looking for a non-smoking apartment, you can get it, but you’ll still smell your neighbors smoking and have to deal with people who smoke in the laundry room. There’s no place for kids to play except the parking lot, there’s not enough parking, the lot’s not well lit at night. You’re next to a mosquito infested swamp and between a firehouse and an animal hospital. They might seem polite, but don’t be fooled: Burns doesn’t care one bit about Grecian Terrace. So glad I’m moving out.

  Nicole was very accommodating, friendly and professional. I ended up not choosing Grecian but it was due to other factors. The complex was clean and well kept, the apartment and appliances modern with a good layout. I would recommend everyone to give this community a look!
