I complained when they removed the water/ice machine from the fitness center and I started to get harassed by the maintenance supervisor. Follow me around when I get my son off the school bus and coming in my apartment without my permission and taking things out of my apartment. Very creepy. I complained and nothing at all was done. I even went over to the main office..

I had some housecleaning items to be dealt with upon move-in and they sent cleaners and maintenance over within a couple of hours to remedy my needs. Very timely and responsive.
