  Willow Creek villas has great maintenance people who have helped me over the past two years. Jason, who is the current maintenance person, has been extremely helpful and fixed my garage door the same day I requested help. He was very professional and was knowledgeable in fixing this issue. I know if maintenance items come up in the future that Jason will address them in a timely and professional manner. Thank you

  A huge thank you to Marissa Muro. The management here at Willow Creek has been exceptional. She goes above & beyond within her management reach for the tenants & I am grateful. I highly appreciate & recommend Willow Creek Villas.

  The apartments themselves have had maintenance-related issues, particularly inefficient air conditioning, heating, and insulation. Communication with management has also been frustrating. Management seems to change frequently, and with the current management, it can take multiple emails and a phone call before an issue is addressed. I do want to recognize Jason in maintenance. He is consistently professional, communicates well, follows up on service calls, and follows through with tenants. Jason personally deserves 5 stars for his work and communication. Unfortunately, the larger issues with the property, management responsiveness, and unresolved concerns have significantly affected my overall experience living here.

  I was highly interested in touring this apartment complex and potentially moving here, but I am deeply disappointed by the poor customer service I received, specifically from Marissa.My experience began with my tour being canceled without any explanation. Shortly after, I received a generic email from Willow Creek claiming they hadn't heard from me and asking if I was still interested. When I finally reached someone by phone, they explained that the property was undergoing remodeling and was at 98% capacity. They promised I would receive a follow-up call the following Monday (August 24th) to discuss potential viewing options.That phone call never came. Instead, I received yet another automated email asking if I was still interested. Concerned that my previous responses weren't going through, I called the office immediately. The representative cut me off mid-sentence to say that wasn't the case. When I asked if she was the one sending the emails—since I had received one just two minutes prior—she admitted she was, but dismissively explained it was just "the system" and told me that other people were applying without even seeing the complex first.I was so shocked by how rudely and dismissively I was treated during that brief call that I had to hang up. I doubt this is the unprofessional image Willow Creek wants to portray to prospective residents. I strongly encourage the management team to practice basic kindness and communication etiquette moving forward.
