First year was great by second year things went downhill. Like other reviews stated amenities were closed due to bad behavior from tenants. The gym was cleaned periodically. Recieved noise complaints for times no one was home. Constant office turnover. Upon moving out we were charged paint and janitorial. We have lived in several apartments and have never received a charge for paint. 250 for janitorial? Seems a bit excessive. Took several times to reach out to get a response just for them to explain the charges. There are better apartments for the price.

We've had some poor experiences here. Some ended up resolved and some did not. Like any place I assume. Before summer was over last year, though, they closed the pool for all tenants, saying that too many residents were leaving their trash around and bringing in unauthorized guests. For a few months, it was back and forth on the schedule too. Pool open year-round. Pool open 24 hours. Pool closed. Pool seasonal. Whatever. They also posted notices instructing residents not to walk through the office or gym to access the pool, and are now constructing a peculiar fence around it. I assume that it's to stop residents from walking through the office to get there. It doesn't make much sense. Instead of having security go by the pool every once in a while or checking on it themselves they let some people ruin it for the rest of us. You think they'd want to see who is going into the pool and with what if they care so much about how it looks but they don't if they're redirecting people to walk around the office and to get to the pool. Eventually, after opening this summer (if they do), they'll find trash in the pool area again and instead of just keeping an eye on what people are doing, they'll just close it again immediately. Maybe they need a new solution. I think they should charge less money for rent if we don't have access to something advertised on their website. This review is just my thoughts on a small issue because I'd rather not revisit any of the other issues we've had while living here.

Just move out of there last month since the one that moved us in didn’t listen to what I wanted. I have three kids and they put us on the third floor when I had asked for the first floor because of my health and 3 kids. we moved out last month and we made sure everything was clean and there was no damage to the apartment when we moved out. There was already scratches on the floor and the counter tables already had cracks and the paint wasn’t that great and now they want to charge us for paint $960. That’s crazy and $450 for janitorial and 3 other chargers month to month when we had paid for the whole month like they asked and for carport that’s some BS!!! I never had a bad experience with any other place!

The Vineyards at Galleria are a bunch of con artists! I gave them $400 for my application 5 weeks ago and they won't even give me a decision! Renters beware, they are just making money with application fees and have no intention of leasing you an apartment.
