  It sucks living here. Rent is very expensive yet they don’t have a nice gym or even try to make it nice like other apartments around here . Equipment is always broken, there probably hasn’t been an update on that gym in years . Literally every other apartment near here have a nice gym, with new and better equipment. I emailed them a while ago asking when there will be an update in the gym and they said “it will be happening soon. “ and not even a week later there so called l update “ was just adding some weird work out bands and yoga balls .I mean can they even at least put a smith machine ? Or add heavier dumbbells ? People pay hella rent here and yet they don’t even make a nice gym some people don’t have time or don’t have transportation to go to an actual gym. They have that “ child place “ spot and no one ever uses it so I don’t understand why they don’t knock that wall down and extend the gym 🙄 but yet they can spend $40,000 to renovate their offices lmao

  Why am I paying to live in a gated community that never closes its gates. Why am I paying for heated pool and jacuzzi that's not actually heated when I try and use them? New management is cheap and cutting costs by not having these amenities like stated in rental agreements.
