  Absolutely terrible experience. I tried repeatedly to get in touch with someone regarding a listing they posted on Zillow, but never received a response. I called over 20 times during their stated business hours (9 AM to 5 PM), left multiple voicemails, and still heard nothing back. I even attempted to reach them through four different phone numbers, but it felt like no one was available or willing to help. Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time.

  I’ve had a wonderful experience at The Aurora Apartments. Jennifer, the manager, is absolutely amazing! She is always friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents. From the moment I moved in, she made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. I’m very thankful for the opportunity to live in such a great community. Having a manager like Jennifer makes a big difference, and it truly shows how much effort she puts into making this a great place to call home. Highly recommend! 😊🏡⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Scheduled a viewing in the afternoon on the next day. Showed up 15 minutes early - no one available. Called the number on the office door. No answer. Called again minutes later and it was forwarded to vm. Followed website prompts for text communication. Ignored. But two hours later I was thanked for checking the property two hours after my appointment. Then I was offered a chance for questions in text. So I sent one - no response. Lmao Then they called me two days later saying it was scheduled for today as if to play me as some fool. What a joke. I'll never waste my time here again.

  This place is absolutely terrible to do business with. We were supposed to move in, we pulled up with our u-haul and knocked on the office door to get our keys and it was locked. We could not for the life of us get in contact with anyone so i had to reach the leasing agency in California to have someone come to the office… on top of that, it was not communicated with us that our move in date was moved 3 days later…we’re lucky we have family to stay with.. we completely backed out of the lease and currently finding somewhere else to stay. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.. advertising was false, these units are extremely small… neighborhood not so great either.
