- OWOrville WrightMay 26, 20261.0The apartment itself was great. Very spacious and a nice home to be in. Responses to anything are short and take several says to come in. The view to the north is great. South is the Nugget and I80. Overall location is pretty great. It's a shame it was managed so poorly. Where everything goes wrong is staff and management. We were threatened to be evicted on a $75 charge that was a clerical error within 3 months of living there. After a year, we chose to break our lease and pay the $3860 fee to leave. After leaving, we were sent a $15,000+ bill and told that if we didn't pay it within 20 days, it would go to collections. We received this paperwork on the 20th day... There was no explanation and responses about it took 4-5 days. They only way a resolution was reached was to find the head of people at the apartments management company and include them on the email. The charge still remains on my account nearly 2 months after leaving. This is scary and not legal. I would never recommend living here! Do yourself a favor and do not rent here. This is not uncommon, but this does appear to be the highest amount of extorted money at least, according to the other reviews.

- JDJoe D.Apr 14, 20264.0The Atrium at Victoria Square is a beautiful building, but the elevators are constantly out of service. If you don't want to constantly have to haul your groceries up the stairs, then The Atrium at Victorian Square is not for you. But, it's beautiful building.
