  The apartments themselves are decent if you like living in a place with what feels like no soul. The staff in the apartments have no idea what’s going on half the time, they are always getting new staff. Don’t ask them to fix anything because it takes 4-9 months. We have had almost 5 inspections just this year and almost all in a row. Neighbors are unkind and loud. And god forbid you ever have to file a complaint or anything because nobody in the office knows how to do it. Don’t forget the assigned parking spots we pay $420 a year to have that other people decide is their spot for whenever they please. It’s not worth the insane price you have to pay.

  The apartments aren't perfect. However Taylor has done her best to make sure everything goes well. I like living here and appreciate the staffs effort.

  Always quick response from the maintenance guy and he's one of the coolest and most efficient people I've ever met love the guy. Really like how the utilities are done as well and while my apartment is a bit unique fs me and my Wife really love it here. Just have to pray the rent doesn't ever go up so we can stay

  Beautiful property and the staff is super friendly!! Taylor assisted me and was able to answer all my questions, helping make moving so much less stressful!!

  The maintenance team is always fast to respond, professional and extremely knowledgeable. It gives me peace of mind knowing that they able to handle any issue that arises!
