  I have lived here for 2 years now and will be renewing my lease again for another year! "Accommodating" is how I would describe Griselda and Silverado Apartments. Each time I bring up something I need, Griselda doesn't tell me "no" or shrug it off--she works with me to be as accommodating as possible. Griselda takes pride in how well the complex runs and she goes out of her way, within her means, to accommodate you and make you feel like you're at 'home'! I'm retired, a veteran, and spend a good amount of time at the VA. Knowing that my apartment complex is so accommodating for me decreases the amount of stress I have to deal with. I love this location because my family is in the neighborhood around these apartments. Everything you need is right around this place. It's such a great mix of people here. We have students, retirees, families, etc. It's a great little melting pot with less than 100 apartments. No neighborhood is perfect, but this is a great step in that direction.

  I have lived here for 5 months and I’ve had no problems. It’s safe and peaceful with a small community atmosphere. The management always returns my messages in a timely manner. Greselda is a pleasure to work with and has been very helpful due to good communication. Look forward to staying here longer.

  I’ve been living here for almost a year and have had a really great experience. Griselda has always been helpful, friendly, and positive whenever I’ve needed anything. She really makes you feel comfortable and welcomed here. The community is quiet, clean, and very well taken care of. I also really like the neighbors and the overall atmosphere. I honestly don’t have anything negative to say. I’m really happy to live here and would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a nice, peaceful place to call home!

  Lived here for 1.5 years and it’s been great. Super kind people and quiet community. Griselda the property manager is wonderful and on top of everything. Always a very prompt response if issues ever popped up with our apartment and would have it taken care of within a day or two. The apartments are nice and modern and there’s plenty of parking. Lots of walking/running paths in the area and very dog friendly community. Definitely a lovely area to live. 10/10 recommend Silverado appartments if anyone is looking for comfortable and affordable housing in the area.

  I visited Silverado Apartments in Sparks today after seeing the “Come Tour Today” sign directly in front of the entrance. An older blonde woman was working in the leasing office. She was on the phone when I walked in and did not acknowledge me at all while I stood there waiting. Once she finished, her attitude toward me was immediately dismissive. I explained that I was looking to move soon and asked if I could tour the property or see an apartment. She told me they had no model, they were completely full, nothing would be available, and that everyone was renewing. As I was leaving, another woman arrived. The same employee suddenly became warm and welcoming and took her on a tour. That was extremely concerning to witness after I had just been told there was nothing available to show me, especially with a “Come Tour Today” sign outside. The difference in treatment was obvious and left me feeling very unwelcome. Prospective renters should be treated consistently and respectfully. My experience here was neither.
