  I built a home at Regency at Stonebrook and it was the absolute worst experience of my life. From Mona Lloyd at the sales office who was the rudest sales person I have ever come across. She made the buying process a nightmare. They are all about the bottom line charging much more that others for nothing special. I would NOT purchase here if you are thinking about it. The homes are mediocre and the pricing is high for what you get. The lots are super small as homes are packed in like sausages. Look around at all the For Sale signs within the community. The current buyers are looking to get out! The events are nothing special and quite boring. Don't buy here, it's terrible.

  Very disappointing customer service. The woman at the clubhouse didn’t greet us or let us explain why we were there. She immediately started asking if we were homeowners or knew someone who lived there, and when we tried to explain that our family member would be arriving shortly, she interrupted us and said they had to be with us. There was no professionalism or courtesy. If we had been interested in buying a home here, we would have left immediately because of how we were treated. First impressions matter, and this experience was enough to lose potential customers.

  Highly unpleasant staff at the clubhouse, completely talked over us when we went to visit and demanded we have a homeowner with us, even though our last visit they didn't require this.
