  I absolutely love our townhome. The layout is perfect for us. Having a walk in closet, plus two smaller separate closets just in the master bedroom itself is probably my favorite thing in the home, up there with the quartz countertops! All the finishings and appliances are gorgeous, and I love that I can hook the appliances up to my phone. The attached garage as our first floor definitely makes things easier and it’s great having our cars safe from the elements. The application and move in process was very smooth, and Amy & Kevin in the office are fantastic.

  I have been here almost a year and have had a wonderful experience . Amy the property manager has made sure my concerns are heard and addressed. The property is always maintained and our neighbors are kind and quiet.

  First Kevin was a perfect host. Personable and knowledgeable, perfect customer service. We toured 4 units and he told be pros and cons of all of them. The Second day Amy closed the deal with her professional aptitude. Thank you for a stress free experience.
