  DO NOT MOVE HERE! One of the worst apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in. The office staff are some of the rudest and most careless people I’ve encountered.(mainly Rizza). As soon as we moved into our unit it was not move in ready, there were holes on our master bedroom ceiling that had been covered but never repaired or painted over, the laminate flooring was lifting in all areas around the apartment, all baseboards around the whole apartment had huge chunks missing in them. Our garage light and closet light were constantly having electrical issues and never worked no matter how many times a technician came and fixed these. Had a leak in our master bathroom shower which took about a week to fix and caused the paint to be droopy. Huge mice problem from the overfilled trash cans around the apartments along with ant problems inside the apartments. There was never any parking seemed like alot of people around our unit never had parking passes even though it was required. The pool was closed most of the time for the 2 summers we spent here and still paid a ridiculous amount in amenity fees. This list can go onn!! We were paying luxury prices, but the apartment and community felt far from luxury. The overall quality and atmosphere did not feel worth what we were paying.

  I moved here from New Jersey , the worst apartment complex I have ever been couple of points : They would enter your apartment without your consent , and they will tell you that your apartment has some maintenance issues without even informing you and if you argue with them they will threaten you that you are breaching your lease agreement and threaten to put charges on you and the office has one of the most misbehaved employees names Riza or Reeza they keep sending threading notices for access to your apartment saying if you don’t allow access you are breaching your lease so beware before renting these apartments and most importantly we have someone banging at our door at 4 am in the morning when we called lease office next day they were like ‘ YOU ARE THE FIRST IME TELLING This ‘

  Had a great experience with the leasing staff. They were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the process. Since the community is currently 100% leased, there weren’t any available units to tour in person, but the leasing staff offered a virtual tour instead and took the time to show me the amenities. The community looks beautiful, well-maintained, and has some really nice amenities. Even though I wasn’t able to see an apartment in person, the leasing team made the experience easy and informative. I would definitely consider this community when a unit becomes available!

  I’m new at these apartments. Everything seemed fine up until now. Office staff doesn’t really care about your concerns and apparently neither does management. My parking pass was stolen and I noticed this morning. So I went to the office to tell them about my pass being stolen and their only solution was that I had to pay $75 fee for a new pass. Literally no consideration for situations like this. I understand that I most likely left my car opened and that’s how it was stolen but it’s so frustrating that the staff and management had no consideration. I was walking around the parking lot to see if I saw my parking pass on a different car but a bunch of cars only show the top part so I couldn’t even see if someone else had mine. I told management about that but yeah no Solution.

  Lumina has lovely apartments. The apartments have a gym, pool and jacuzzi.
