I just moved into this place, and I have to say I am so glad I did. When I was first looking, I was considering another place, but it took them 4 days to get back to me. High Rock was an instant response and communication. Although the day I moved in, there were a few things that needed to be fixed, they sent maintenance immediately to fix them. The staff is so nice and helpful, and the environment is so peaceful, with all the trees and birds chirping, I feel at home.

I highly recommend High Rock. I was a resident for approximately three years.
I compliment management and maintenance staff who work diligently to keep the property a pleasant enjoyable place to live through clear and effective communication with residents.
As a senior resident; I felt safe and enjoyed the peaceful environment of the complex.
A great positive is that Management host monthly events to offer ongoing activities for the resident participantion throughout the year.

Mixed experience here, particularly with Maira in the leasing office. On multiple occasions, she came across as dismissive and condescending when I asked simple questions about leasing. The interactions felt unnecessarily tense, as if I was bothering her just by being there. The attitude and lack of professionalism made what should have been a straightforward process uncomfortable. It honestly felt like tenants were an inconvenience rather than a priority. That said, not everyone in the office was the same. I’ve interacted with Hannah and someone I believe was named Max, and both were polite, helpful, and much more approachable.
Walking into the office, it really seems like your experience depends on who you get and possibly even the day. It’s a gamble whether you’ll be treated respectfully or met with attitude.
I’m writing this in hopes that management takes these concerns seriously and works toward improving the level of service. However, it’s concerning that the same individual involved in these issues may also be responsible for handling or responding to reviews, which doesn’t inspire much confidence that meaningful changes will happen anytime soon - especially if ownership isn’t directly reviewing feedback.
Also, some residents could do better about cleaning up after their pets. That’s something prospective tenants may want to keep in mind as well.
Overall, there are some good staff members here, but the inconsistency in management behavior and professionalism makes it hard to recommend without hesitation.
