  Beautiful and quiet neighborhood with a variety of really awesome floor plans. Surrounded by gorgeous desert mountains and other beautifully maintained and established neighborhoods. Great experience with the builder throughout the build process and after moving in. Toll Brothers worked to ensure that our needs were met and that we were satisfied all the way through completion. Room between neighbors, 4 car garage, RV parking and many options to choose from. Spanish Springs is a growing community with a lot to offer. Friendly neighbors. A great place to retire or raise your family.

  Great spot to retire at , away from everything no homeless great views all the way around , I'd recommend this to anyone about to retire and live it total peace
