There was a home in our neighborhood that we were interested in, and after 3 phone calls, two emails, and several text messages, I only received automated and AI responses. Immediately turned us off from renting from your team. If it’s this hard to give you my money, I cannot imagine how difficult it would be to get service from you.

Let’s start with Audrey literally the most kind loving person I’ve encountered so sweet and so helpful. Then Holly just a gem. So helpful and efficient. Then Dawson which I believe is Dave Martins son. He truly cares about the tenants and goes out of his way to help them. I am very grateful for the whole team and how kind and wonderful they’ve been. Like I said hope I don’t regret this lol but everyone so far has actually been so so amazing. Hopefully we can stay here forever !
