- NGNene GeeMar 31, 20262.0I had a frustrating experience with Dickson Realty’s Martin Team. Their rental standards are unrealistic, which likely explains why their properties sit vacant for so long. Communication was poor getting clear or timely responses was difficult throughout the process. They also push tenants to use expensive, specific companies for cleaning and yard work when moving out. If you don’t use them, even if the property is left clean, they’ll still try to keep your deposit and may even take you to court. What’s most concerning is that they leave misleading or unfair reviews about tenants after move-out, which feels unprofessional and dishonest. I would not recommend renting through them. It’s sad most rentals are through them now in the Reno area. if you can get a private rental do it!!
