  Dini with Associa is a pleasure to work with. She is very focused on providing the best service possible to the community she helps manage and the vendor client relationship we experience with her is respectful and goal oriented.

  Associa of Northern Nevada has been our managment company for two years. Our project Lake Glen Manor is in Carson City and situation around a small Lake. The 88 unit complex was built in 1972 and requires a lot of attention to many details with all the atterndant costs. Our community manager is Teri Flores. She has been a great help for the Board of Directors and our larger community. Associa is a national management company held in high regard.

  Having a home with an HOA is a first for me. I made some changes at the house, and needed to check with the HOA before doing the work. I used the chat option at the website to ask some questions and had a very positive experience; Dini Teixeira is the person who communicated with me and she provided quick replies to my questions. I've also needed to call the office to ask other questions related to our HOA regulations, and Dini is always responsive, professional, and helpful. Dini is my go-to person now whenever I have a question related to my HOA.
