Honestly don’t even know where to begin. I kinda got screwed over by another complex and this place said the could get me moved in on the original date intended. So the day I am moving out of my old place they call me at noon and say it wont be ready until Sunday. So we get everything ready for a move on Sunday and they tell me that the day place would not be ready until next week. $2000 to move into this place and it was a complete wreck. Holes in the walls, broken blinds, broken fridge and a missing door. I knew the place wasn’t ready but the only the door was mentioned to me before so I said that I could wait on it and move in. Support from the office has been almost non existent. Constant complaints has not yielded anything. My mailbox key did not open my mailbox and the people in the office had no idea what to do. Erick and the maintenence guys are nice and do their best to help but the company that runs this place really needs to get it together.

Living here now for my first month. Ac dosnt work. We need to stay in a hotel tonight, and I have an inflammatory disease. And I've been in the hospital 4 times in the last month. They came to make the AC better, and they broke it. Now our ace C doesn't work. And our house is at 80°. This is beyond code. This is beyond unhumane treatment. Do not rent here.

Updated review: I just moved in a few fays ago. One of the reasons I decided on these apartments was because the leasing agent, Madelyn was so kind and helpful. The buildings are a little older compared to some complexes, but they have done a lot of work to remodel the apartments. My apartment came with all new flooring, carpet, appliances, and cabinets. The community is quiet and seems safe. The neighbors next door were friendly, the others quiet, no problem. I'm also quiet. Right away, I noticed that the AC was not working, and my apartment is reaching 81 degrees in the afternoon despite it running all day. That is hotter than outside and it's only March. But, a work order was put in immediately, and a tech called me within minutes to let me know they would come by tomorrow. They fixed it less than 24 hours later. I went to the gym and it was super clean and beautiful. I am excited the try the Peloton mirror. The hot tub was on and it is wonderful for the spinal cord issues I have. The laundry room is clean and not busy, and the app makes it super easy to use. I like that I only have to share with a few others. I really love it.
