  Many appliances broke when I was here, it took there’s to fix it and I had to fix one myself after a few days due to no one getting back to me. They are bad with communication and not friendly, they threatened me with court when I moved out due to them charging me for things they had zero evidence of and I did not do. Do not recommend you move here.

  Move out fees are outrageous, they don’t care about tenants at all and are very bad at replying to emails. I do not recommend you move here.

  Lived here for two years. They suck at getting back to you for maintenance. My fridge broke completely one summer and I called the complex for maintenance, submitted requests and called the emergency maintenance number and they never fixed it. I had to call other people several days later for help fixing it. They aren’t good at getting back to you or helping with anything. I’ve known many people that when they move out the complex charges them for outrageous things. I am now experiencing the same thing. I spent a few days cleaning and shampooed the carpets. They are now saying it was left a disaster and the carpet was ruined. They are a horrible complex and I would not recommend to my worst enemy. Stay away from this complex.

  Move out is where they come to collect. Everything is scrutinized and charged heavily. Be ready for a full repaint of 1200 or more. Unless you start yelling then they may look back at there records and admit the unit was painted over the years already. They will charge charge charge you. Office admin throws just use the app in your face, there is zero staff help in reality. Which is odd for it being one of the most expensive places in Reno Sparks. It looks nice day before move in but is disgusting when you mode out.
