  All requests were completed at one visit. When completed while resident is absent, it would be nice to get a note saying everything is completed, especially the dishwasher request so I can be sure I can use it.

  Now that we transferred into a bigger unit it happens to be on the side where there is no dumpster mind you there is areas where one should be but if you put trash there your fined for it. I am also 5 months pregnant so taking trash out is so difficult. Definitely need to add more dumpsters to both sides of the complex. Then we come in to our unit being half put together. Ran the dishwasher to the counters being flooded minutes later. The dishwasher is extremely small and so is the fridge and freezer. Best thing about it is the view and relaxed area I am close to with the nice weather and being closer to the pool.

  I've been here 4 years now, in a one bedroom that is quite spacious with lots more storage than most apartments. We have a coat closet, linen closet, pantry, and bathroom closet in addition to balcony storage closet. It's mostly quiet and feels safe. Maintenance and Management are responsive, concerned, and very friendly. I really like it here except for a few issues. Residents are disrespectful regarding their pets. The noise and odor of the dog park prevents us from opening our windows for fresh air. The growing number of cats urinate on our car tires, front door, and balcony, defecate in the common areas, and noisily fight outside. I advocate for animals, but I find the pet population is oversaturated here. Lastly, water streams down the driveway from the landscaping, even when sprinklers aren't on, and our water bill shoots up spring through fall, adding to our expensive utility costs. But, overall I do think it is a good value and the apartment layout is great.

  I toured so many places when I was getting ready to relocate and am very happy with my choice. I had a very kind tour guide who was patient with all of my questions during the lease signing and move in preparations. Move in day was made easy and they were extremely accommodating. My unit is spacious and beautiful
