  Wonderful tour. Being from out of town, out of 18 The Peak was one of the 8 we chose to visit as time would allow.

  I toured so many places when I was getting ready to relocate and am very happy with my choice. I had a very kind tour guide who was patient with all of my questions during the lease signing and move in preparations. Move in day was made easy and they were extremely accommodating. My unit is spacious and beautiful

  Absolutely horrible from day one. Lied to us about what apartment we rented and what amenities we were going to get. Moved from out of state into a very dirty apartment. Tubs, floors, walls, under and inside washer and dryer disgusting and untouched from previous tenants. Front bathroom shower would not turn hot the entire time we lived there and they didn't come fix it until a month before we moved out. Every service request we made was immediately met with an email stating the job was complete, literally within minutes and no one would ever show up. The garbage system this complex has is a total joke. They have removed all garbage bins and refuse to let you throw your own garbage away, they come pick it up and store it in ONE single bin for the week and this allows for the wind to carry it all over the place. There are garbage bags piled where the containers used to be. If you’re looking for a place to live, it is just that. Don't even get me started on the lease included WiFi the company used is an absolute joke constantly buffers or simply doesn't work and to be forced to pay $45 or more for boosted internet speeds since it's in the lease is absolutely absurd 0/10 would never consider moving here again only reason it's getting a one is because I can't go lower
