  Super impressed with the maintenance staff, especially Blake, who completely dialed in my AC vents so my bedroom is cooler now - yay! He also quickly adjusted my water heater! Super friendly, knowledgeable and my pup liked him too 😊

  Moved in this weekend. Staff couldn’t have been better. Savannah was amazing. We had a few minor things that needed attention. Dale from maintenance was right on it. He was fast and friendly. You couldn’t ask for better service overall. Thank you.

  Blake, Casey, and Savana were amazing in not only insuring our move in was flawless, but also extremely helpful in our resigning process. The maintenance team here approves and fixes every problem we have with in an ideal time period.

  Like many people, we’ve stayed at many apartment complexes over the years - The Overlook takes top spot. Everything you see online is better in person. What really impressed us was/is the management team. Rocky, Savana, Casey, Blake, Wallace, and co standout; they are excellent, competent, prompt, professional, and deeply caring and empathetic. The best property management team we have worked with by many miles; they’re good at what they do. So far, the only apartment complex that, per total, is worth every penny, in our opinion. We are happy here, and the management team has been responsible for the majority of the experience :-)

  Can't say enough good things, it's an awesome place to live! The property is well maintained. Pool, hot tub and gym are great. Having +60 miles of mountain bike and walking trails across the street is amazing. Staff is great, Rocky, Savanna, Casey, and Blake all top notch people to interact with. Special thanks for Blake for everything he and his team do around the property to keep everything going!
