  Dale and Blake with maintenance are fantastic. Our AC went out and they were able to get a portable unit in the interim the next day after our service request. AC was fixed within a few days. Dale also volunteered to help us move a bed frame to the top floor. No questions asked. Super helpful staff!

  I’ve truly enjoyed living here and wanted to take a moment to thank the entire team for making my experience such a positive one. Rocky, Casey, and the rest of the office staff have always been friendly, professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Their communication, kindness, and willingness to help have not gone unnoticed. The property is well maintained, and any concerns I had were handled promptly and courteously. It’s clear that the team takes pride in creating a welcoming community and providing excellent service to residents. I recently accepted a position with SpaceX in Texas and will be relocating, otherwise I would have been happy to continue living here. Leaving is bittersweet because this has truly felt like home. Thank you, Rocky, Casey, and the entire staff for everything. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live. — Grace Gagnon

  I haven't lived here too long, but so far it's been a great experience. The apartment is thoughtfully laid out with lots of storage, the team is responsive and the maintenance crew is on top of their game. The maintenance supervisor Blake even took the time to balance our AC and make sure the hot water tank wasn't too hot for our baby. Great apartment, great staff, couldn't recommend this place enough.
