I advise to stay away from this place. The representative Brandi is extremely rude and lies. She refused to have my AC fixed. She told me that it doesn't work because it was 100 degrees outside. Lol. Lucky the maintenance man was kind enough to bring me a wall air conditioner because he knew it didn't work either but she refused to hear it . My washer and dryer broke 5 month ago and she again refused to listen to me even after I told her the error code. Then was upset that the outside company that came to fix it charged them $500 and still didn't fix the issue. That's not my problem. They Alao charge an extra $200 a month on top of your base rent.$60 a month for a single person 1 bedroom just for trash alone. I can go on and on about my negative experience. There are way too many available apartments to choose from then to settle with the element apartments. After moving out I received a bill stating that I own utilities from June. I already paid that. I have proof of it but they don't want to hear it again. They also charged me for move out fee?! . I'm shocked how inhospitable they are and flat out mean. When I first moved there a year ago it seemed nice but that all changed real quick as soon as Brandi came to their team it just went to crap. My neighbor's felt the same way and their own team members as well. The element apartments are a scam and the apartments are not an upgrade that's for sure! You have been warned.

I really like this property and the apartments. Very nice staff in the office. I am considering renting here. Much better than some other places I looked at in the area. Great location too.

Just moved out Lived there for 10 years. It used to be a good place to live, but the past few years have been not so good. My rent had increased $500 a month, and on top of that, they started charging an additional $100 for sewer, trash etc.. Maintenance crew has become a joke as well. Office staff is okay at best now. I'd give a 1- rating at this point. I now pay $400 less a month for a much better situation. You can find value in Reno The Element is not a good value at all.
