I am extremely disappointed that they closed down the dog park without tenants approval. I chose my apartment because of its close proximity to the dog park. I wasn’t a fan of having a parking lot at my front door but I sacrificed so that I could take my dog to the park 4 times a day. I am a senior with mobility issues. This change has disrupted our whole community. The new “dog park” is not ADA accessible. I am unable to climb the stairs not drive knowing I have a spot to park. I am at a complete loss! This change has been devastating to my way of life. My dog is an emotional support animal and I need her to deal with daily life. Since demolishing the dog park, there has been NO progress as to what stupid BBQ area will be built. Not only did I loose my access to relieve my dog but inadvertently signed up for a party in my front yard. This change is disgraceful! Your management company should be ashamed of themselves. They don’t have an interest in their current residents but add shitty “upgrades” for new leases. Thanks but no thanks!

We have been here for about three months and are loving it. The staff (office and maintenance), the apartments, the property, the location, the neighbors (so quiet and polite), are all exceptional! The only two minor negatives, one of which I can barely count in, a) we had a major ant problem and didn't want to involve the management so we waited a bit, and suffered. Once we got the very kind pest control guy in, it was aces. The problem is he only comes on Tuesdays and so waiting was hard when we decided to rope them in. Ants were everywhere. b) there can be a bit of an issue with some residents picking up after their dogs. You'll be walking through this absolute film double for the British countryside (7 miles of paved walkways yes, but they are even prettier than you could imagine in person), and someone will have rudely left a mess about every .5mi. It's too bad but with both the ants and the people, these are just moments of living in the world, so it's fine. Absolutely 5 stars. It's quiet, deeply elegant, and appointed so nicely it feels like a Disney property, truly...besides the poops. 🤣
