  From the warm greetings, the smiles and the active listening and solution oriented staff, I love it here. Amazing views, amazing amenities, beautiful floor plans and amazing staff! I would 100% recommend renting here!

  If i could give them 100 star review i would, Absolutely love the staff they are very helpful very professional, grounds are kept clean, the views are amazing and the amenities just love them I love love love it here amazing job and keep up the good work Sierra Vista Staff❤️

  Pros: helpful staff, great location, solid amenities, responsive security team, quick and efficient maintenance team Cons: it was a hassle to lease the apartment, thin walls (you can hear your neighbors snore, so earplugs are a must), apartment was not cleaned at all before we moved in, parking can be inconvenient

  My husband and I have lived here for 15 months and we are about to move out since we are going out of state for work. If we were staying in the area I think we would renew our lease here for year to come. Maintenance comes within 24 hours of requests being made- but often less than 12. Our concerns were always addressed so quickly and professionally. I truly have loved living here! If you are thinking about renting here are a few things to note 1. Gate is never actually locked 2. Smart home features only work sometimes. Not a problem for us bc I don’t mind turning my own lights on and using a key to lock the door 3. There is construction next door as a single family community is being built on the neighboring lot. 4. People SPEED through the parking lot 5. There is very good landscaping and pest control. I’ve only ever seen lizards and some gnats since living here- none in my house.
