I can't say enough good things about my experience with Sierra Vista's leasing agent, Laura. She's attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable with everything about my move-in. If you're looking for a leasing agent who truly goes above and beyond to advocate for their future residents, Laura is the one.

I lived at Sierra Vista Apartments for one year, and the problems were apparent almost immediately. Management, Kromer Investments Inc., and the on-site property managers were consistently unprofessional, inexperienced, and seemingly unwilling to enforce the lease agreement. Dogs were frequently out of control and excessively noisy, with dog waste routinely left throughout the property. The swimming pool was often dirty and poorly maintained, and the jacuzzi/spa was unavailable for approximately eight months. Overall, the property was poorly managed, poorly maintained, and lacked meaningful enforcement of basic community standards. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Sierra Vista Apartments.

Laura is very professional if I could give a higher review I would. My mother and I came in for a tour my mom doesn’t speak English so it was very nice to have someone bilingual here to help. Keep up the good work Laura

I toured Sierra Vista along with a few other communities in the area, and I realized that it isn’t just the property or the amenities that make a place feel like home, IT’S THE PEOPLE. Brittany was an absolute breath of fresh air. She was welcoming, professional, and made me feel genuinely valued from the moment I walked in. She truly set Sierra Vista apart from the other places I visited. Property managers everywhere could learn a thing or two from her customer service and positive attitude. I’ll definitely be reaching out again as my move date gets closer. Thank you, Brittany, for such a wonderful experience, I look forward to hopefully joining the Sierra Vista community!

I’ve known about this complex for years and have always want to live here because of the gorgeous amount of windows and natural lighting in the living room. Finally had the opportunity and moved in on the 27th of July. Since then the Community itself has been One of the Quietest properties I’ve lived on so far, its clean around the property, extremely kid friendly, They have events that they post about on the apartment app, You can even get points from paying your rent to go spend at other places like American Eagle or other shopping centers, They even have a buffet food/ice cream truck often and let the tenants know via email what truck is here, times and type of food!!! This last week we had the Jamaican food truck and it was awesome!!! The leasing staff has been amazing and has worked with me and my partner since we applied, always keeping us up to date since we had to wait almost a month after getting approved to move in. We got to move in a week early because the apartment was ready early and the staff had no issue changing the move-in date on my leasing agreement and making sure everything was prepared before moving in. The morning of move-in was very easy, I met with The property manager, Brittany, who went over everything and had my folder/keys and information ready as soon as I walked in at 830am. Lauren had taken me to my apartment to look over it with her and was very nice. That morning, all of the maintenance men were in the office and everybody that even saw me had greeted me and said hello and good morning. The first day of moving in I did take a hot shower, the next day when I went to go take a shower it was cold, it was a Thursday so I meant to let the property know that my hot water heater was not working, but between moving houses and also having a 1 1/2 year old and working, I forgot to put in a maintenance request until Friday after they were already gone. I put in the maintenance request Friday night and it was acknowledged the very next morning and put into progress. Monday morning came around and by 9am Robert The maintenance man was there to fix my issue. After he was done fixing the issue he knocked on my door and let me know that because the apartment was vacant for a while the safety function had shut out the pilot light after I took that first shower the night of move in. He had it fixed within a matter of five minutes. He also did something that a lot of maintenance men and most of the communities I lived in don’t do, he introduced me by his name, And put out his hand for a handshake and welcomed me to the community. Usually maintenance men in the complexes I’ve lived in before don’t even really look at you. They don’t say hi let alone shake your hand. This took me By surprise, just from how respectful it was and How welcome it made me feel. I’m very happy with both the maintenance and leasing team here and I hope to have a wonderful year here!!! Thank you guys for the support and welcoming feeling!!! :) Highly recommend living here even if you have kids and dogs. Yes, it’s pretty far out but you get what you pay for and I’m very satisfied so far, Everything I need is within a 5-10 minute drive unless I’m going to work or Costco! And the best part….. barely ANY construction anywhere near us !!!! That’s a blessing right now in Reno haha!
