  My boyfriend and I recently signed a lease at Riverwood Apartments, and our experience has been wonderful from the very beginning. Moving can be stressful, but the staff made the entire process feel smooth and welcoming. A special thank you to Imani, who gave us our tour. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of our questions and making us feel comfortable every step of the way. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out and helped us feel confident that Riverwood was the right place for us. Rachel has also been amazing throughout the leasing process. She has been so kind, helpful, and responsive whenever we’ve had questions or needed assistance. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. We are so grateful for the positive experience we’ve had so far and can’t wait to start this new chapter at Riverwood Apartments. Thank you, Imani and Rachel, for making us feel so welcomed. We truly appreciate everything you’ve done!

  Imani and Rachell were very pleasant and super helpful.The move in process was quick and simple. Riverwood has made it afforadable for the average income, which is a blessing. Love having access to the river walk and being able to take in the scenery! Excited to call this place home!

  Worst of the worst places I have ever lived this place is nasty the halls and the elevator stink so bad of human feces! They have cracked a breaking into apartment smoking and shooting up in the stairwells ! They take for ever to come fix the issue in the units. I went with out heat during the winter for 2 1/2 months ,ac didn’t work the whole summer until I had complain 3 time they gave me a portable AC ,roaches,and mice’s infestation.go look some where else this it not worth it ..there’s better apartments out there and they charge for water, sewer ,trash and more it’s not worth the price .yeah they might look decent but it’s not worth your money .I’m telling yall now don’t sign that lease 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

  Rachel Getman was more then amazing!!!She's everything a rental agent should be and more! She went above and beyond her duties and d put in so much work to get us in...we honestly would of been homeless if it wouldn't of been for her hard work and knowledge of her field ..AMAZING SIMPLY AMAZING!!!! A GOD SEND....

  I cannot recommend Ms. Rachel enough. When my mother and I were going through an incredibly difficult transition and facing the reality of homelessness, Rachel stepped in and completely changed our lives. ​The odds were entirely stacked against us, but she refused to give up. She stayed late, invested her own personal energy, and put in an immense amount of effort to ensure we secured a safe place to live. It is rare to find someone with this level of dedication, but it is even rarer to find someone with such genuine compassion for others. She didn't just do her job; she fought for us when we needed it most. My mom and I will be forever grateful for her kindness and hard work. If you have the opportunity to work with her, know that you are in the best possible hands.
