Red flag about this property ‼️ Unprofessional- staff name is - Bailee Otoole I would like to share feedback regarding my recent experience at your property. As a large community, I believe the service and professionalism should reflect that standard. Unfortunately, my interaction with one of your staff members, Bailee O’Toole, was disappointing and did not meet reasonable expectations of customer service. I had scheduled a tour and arrived only seven minutes late due to difficulty finding parking as a first time visitor. I acknowledged the delay and explained the situation. However, I was told that I could not be given a tour because I was seven minutes late and that the supervisor was unavailable due to being on lunch at 4 pm. When I expressed that my time should also be respected, the conversation became tense. I was then told the supervisor would take me on the tour, so I waited. After a few minutes, I asked when the supervisor would return, and I was told she did not know and that the supervisor would be leaving soon. This was confusing, as I had just been told the supervisor would assist me. When I expressed that the situation felt unprofessional and unclear, the staff member became upset and asked me to leave in a manner that felt inappropriate. She then called security, which I found unnecessary and disrespectful, especially as I was calm and simply trying to understand the situation. This experience made me feel that potential tenants are not valued or treated with courtesy. I hope management will review this matter and take steps to ensure better communication, professionalism, and customer service moving forward. Thank you for your attention.

After 10 months of being here it's been a very good experience. I'm at basecamp and the building and amenities are more than enough. Only issue with those are I wish the grill and pizza oven igniters all worked but seems that is the same everywhere I've lived. They are always cleaning during the week and my schedule and the cleaning crew matches up. The lobby is spotless, the trash rooms are more than acceptable and the hallways on the floor are pretty good. Very little dog poop from disrespectful dog owners. Every now and then I see a pile or someone didn't clean up their dog's pee in the elevator but that is to be expected. The leasing office and resident service office staff is very pleasant and takes care of issues quickly and w/o hassle. I'm not sure if I'll continue my lease or not as with the increase I think the prices are getting a little high. The building is quiet, I hardly see people and love it!!! I with they would fix the broken charger in the garage and clean up the trash a little better on the walls there but it's not a deal breaker.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Reno Experience District stands out as one of the most meaningful transformations in Midtown Reno. Credit to Robert Cuillard and Jenilee Parker for a clear vision and actually delivering on it. Hard to beat this if you want to live in the middle of what Reno is becoming.

I am really struggling with this place. Been here for 7 months and they call themselves luxury apartments but literally every week something happens that is a disappointment. Here are a few things that are constantly issues: elevator out of service, touchy elevator sensors that take forever to close the doors, very dirty stairwells, dirty hallways, security doors that are not actually functional from a badging standpoint, exit doors that are so tight you can barely get open whic during an emergencywill be an issue, garage doors that at best only secure 50% of time resulting cars getting broken into, spa that is cold, no consistency in security, allowing dogs in spaces that are not allowed, allowing a few residents over 20 people at the pool 2 or 3 times a week, allowing glass at pool, grills that do not have ignitor that work, grills that simply do not work, fire alarms going off, a beer wagon that has not been functional. Most residents are completely appalled by the lack of senior leadership not onsite, leadership onsite, maintenance, communication and desire to truly exhibit what they sell as luxury living. You pay for luxury but you get nothing in return. I have had really great experiences with the manager, but there is so much the manager can do. The director is not responsive in addressing issues. Hate to blast this place and the leadership but sick of the constant issues with no appetite to resolve in any sustainable way nor treating their residents fir whom they are (we help you get paid). Fix this place!
