  I purchased a home here and moved in March 2021. I am very disappointed with the Toll Bros. Management Team. They built a house right next door to ours with the same elevation and color scheme. The house next door just closed escrow in November 2021. It literary looks like one big home instead of two different homes. Toll has admitted "Human error" for the two homes looking so much alike but is not willing to resolve the issue. The new home owner is not willing to change their paint either. Basically, Toll expects you to follow their rules but they do not stand behind their standard of "Luxury Homes". Toll's mistake has a negative impact on our property value and is not pleasing to our neighborhood. Additionally, they put electrical floor plugs in the middle of our living room and refuse to move it to a usable place near the edge or corner. This was a purchased upgrade that we now have to cover with a throw rug. Buyer beware!!! Toll could probably resolve our issues with a minimal cost to them but once they have your money they don't care about you or what they leave behind. My only recourse at this time is the headach of the litigation process.
