  I’ve had such a great experience with pmi Reno. Specifically with Aly, she has made everything so easy and was so helpful with the whole process. I think it’s safe to say she def went out of her way to make sure I was able to get the apartment that I wanted and worked with me thru it all. Applying for apartments can be so stressful, but she made it pretty much hassle free. Thank you so much Aly <33333333

  I love my home! Finally having my own place. So accepting and so kind highly recommended them if I could give them 10 stars I would. Austin Hughes is awesome as well he answers questions that I have in a timely manner

  We enlisted PMI after a thorough search of property management companies in Reno. As owners of multiple units they manage, my husband and I have had a great experience. We’ve worked closely with Nick, who is kind, communicative, proactive, and thorough. Highly recommend.

  I adore these people! Local small business development is a passion of mine, and to call them my people rather than one of the management companies who are soooo predatory (to put it lightly) gives me so much satisfaction. When I showed up for lease signing and such, I was able to meet the owner of the property who is also the owner of the company. Solid individual, 10/10. His son is the agent for our property Who is also my next door neighbor. I needed to move in pronto and he made it happen. On move in day I brought my son and our cat over early-ish and Austin was doing some final prep on our home. Yes I did have to clean a few things but nothing that you wouldn’t expect or wouldn’t do anyways if you were moving into a new place that has previously been lived in, although redone. So far the property is a perfect size for us. I love the location. It genuinely is a small office where they handle everything right there. The address is a little bit funky (as older homes tend to be like) so the power company was having some problems getting my power account switched over. On the day that I was picking up the keys I was able to ask them for a meter number… Austin did not have that available offhand in the office so somebody from one of the back desks chimed up and was able to provide us that which made it 1 million times easier to get power hooked up in the correct place. And again we were having difficulties locating the key to the garage, which I was so excited to have because the property is so inexpensive rent wise. I did not expect this kind of outdoor space. I have spent twice as much money on an incredibly energy inefficient home that did not include the garage. The property owners were using it to store excess Jaguars. But to rent something that was essentially a double wide trailer along with having to pay for your propane tank fills on top of everything else was absolutely insane. I have not seen a power bill for the new property yet but that’s all we’re responsible for is gas and power. There is no HOA to complain about leaving the full-size trash and recycle bins outside. Property management does pay for that as well but I just really need to reiterate after working with horrid places like FPI how refreshing it is to not be nickel & dimed while paying a predatory amount that they tack onto your rent for literally everything they can find.   Truely a great experience renting with PMI Reno. Shout out to Ms. Rhonda Starks for always making sure requests, complaints, questions are all heard and addressed in a timely professional manner. It’s hard to feel heard as a renter sometimes but the folks at PMI make it SURE of it.
