  I want to recognize Allison for the exceptional service she provided during the onboarding process for a new tenant. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and able to answer every question I had with confidence and professionalism. Most importantly, she was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. Even though I was frustrated and had a lot of concerns, Allison handled everything with grace and a positive attitude. She proactively offered helpful suggestions and resources, and by the end of our conversation I felt informed, supported, and confident moving forward. Your company is fortunate to have someone like Allison on your team. She truly turned my experience around, and I am very grateful for her help.

  I’ve had such a great experience with pmi Reno. Specifically with Aly, she has made everything so easy and was so helpful with the whole process. I think it’s safe to say she def went out of her way to make sure I was able to get the apartment that I wanted and worked with me thru it all. Applying for apartments can be so stressful, but she made it pretty much hassle free. Thank you so much Aly <33333333
