  Allison with PMI has been excellent. She’s proactive, responsive, and actually pays attention to what’s going on with the property. Communication is helpful and collaborative. Tenants work well with her. As a busy professional with a small portfolio, my stress level about management has dropped a lot since she came aboard. Highly recommend.

  I want to recognize Allison for the exceptional service she provided during the onboarding process for a new tenant. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and able to answer every question I had with confidence and professionalism. Most importantly, she was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. Even though I was frustrated and had a lot of concerns, Allison handled everything with grace and a positive attitude. She proactively offered helpful suggestions and resources, and by the end of our conversation I felt informed, supported, and confident moving forward.
