DO NOT RENT HERE!! These are hands down the WORST apartment complex you can rent from. Not only is the “cheap rent” just bait to lure you in. The leasing office staff is absolutely horrible. They are rude, and money hungry. They have changed management companies 4 TIMES in a year and they constantly rotate employees in the leasing office so there is ZERO communication. Wanna keep your car parked in YOUR parking space? Well good luck because they have a tow company that will tag your car and they will tell you they can do that because it’s “private property” they do not care about their residents at all.

Worst experience among all of the places I lived. And I move quite a lot. 1000 dollar a month is just a bait, they charge you a lot more for electricity, sewage, water, garbage, pest control, etc. total will be around 1400. Crazy part is they charge for pest control but my apartment is still roach and fly infested. They do try to fix the homeless inside our building problem but abandoned afterwards.

June is almost over this is the second year that they waited until last minute to even clean pool and have other inspected pool still not open
Gate been broken since forever the Billing paper notice they they charged us to receive the rent bill is always incorrect because they leave out the insurance whatever if you dont keep asking for the correct total even though. the notice we are charged for should be correct they will give you a late charged every month so basically we pay for amenities we dont ever get to see this has been this way since we been
here.. we been told that were under new management so we were hopingc things are going to get better here still waiting hopefully they are better than the last..
Its now July 21 2026 pool finally open for what the last few weeks of summer Ac Still not fixed they close out work orders with out doing repairs they should have a law where the actual person that rents the apartment has to sign and date the actual complete work order to confirm it was actual took care of seems wrong

Have been shopping around the Reno area for a place and this property caught my eye with the move in special they are offering! Walked in and was shown an apartment by Terra. She was great! Very professional, told me all about the property and the upcoming improvements that have been planned! One thing I have found in my time of shopping for an apartment is you are forced to feel like your a walking money symbol but I did not feel this way at this property! I felt like my needs mattered and were actually listened to!
