  I’ve been living here for a quite a while and the management hasn’t been of much help the entire time I’ve lived here. There’s probably been at least 3 new sets of apartment staff and maybe 4 new managers. I’m unsure why they swap out all the time, but it may be due to the negative interactions they give their tenants. I’ve an upstairs neighbor who, on the dot every morning, wakes me up with thunderous noise right above me at 5:30AM. Since it is within the quiet time hours, I emailed the front office about it. They were very quick to tell me “Lesson learned. You should’ve chosen an upstairs unit when you first applied”, as well as “If you are experiencing noise problems outside of quiet hours, call the police.” Okay, take police away from their jobs to deal with a civil matter that is really just an email that they could send to the neighbor? I’m not understanding how it’s so hard to tell someone to not make noise during the listed times on the lease. Since technically the neighbor is breaking the lease every morning and the front office does nothing about it, I wonder what more they’d let you get away with? So come on down to Peaks at the Park and break your lease as much as you want, the front office will pay you no mind. EDIT: as per 5-18 the noise is still constant. I’ve made numerous police reports to no avail. DOWNSTAIRS TENANTS HAVE NO RIGHTS LIVING HERE! They do not care if you go crazy from all of the noise above you. I’ve had so many sleepless nights due to the constant banging above my head while the neighbor tells me “I can’t do anything about it” and the managers just want me to make police reports over and over! Insane.

  I moved in this past August and I had a few minor issues but maintenance jumped right on it, those guys really do their best to keep the property up.

  my girlfriend just moved here about 3 months ago and I could only wish the maintenance workers at my place were as efficient as the guys at peaks at the park . work requests are handled as soon as the next day if not the same day .
