Loft 205 was by far the grossest place I’ve ever lived- and I’ve leased apartments in a dozen states over the years. First of all- there is absolutely nothing that qualifies this place as “luxury” so they should really stop using that word in the advertising. Literally low end everything from the cabinets to the fixtures to the finishes to the stench of the place, to the constant leaks, floods, etc. The building has been poorly maintained over the years and should probably be gutted and fully renovated at this point. Aside from the building be absolutely disgusting, the Conservice bill is a scam and a half. They tally up the whole building’s water and electricity usage and divide by the number of units. Your apartment size is factored in as well. That’s bull crap. You can’t prove that someone in a two bedroom is using more power and water than someone in a studio. So if you’re someone who doesn’t use much water and electricity, you will be paying out the butt for everyone else’s. Unsurprisingly, there have been several class action lawsuits against Conservice. The cable and internet “deal” that you are forced to pay for is also a bit scammy. You can get internet for cheaper than what they make you pay. They justify this by saying “but you’re getting cable, too!”. Ok but not everyone cares about having cable. And then there’s the valet trash fee they make you pay- for a service that isn’t even seven days a week and makes the halls reek like trash. Last time I checked, grown adults are more than capable of taking their own trash to a dumpster, but they can’t make money off you that way. Aside from the location, there was nothing good about Loft 205. It’s been quite a while since I moved out but I still shudder when I think of the place. Do not recommend.

I just had an incident with the landlord. My mother who is temporary disabled and on crutches was having trouble coming in and the staff member laughed by my mother's pain suffering like an immature teenager and didn't attempt to assist one of her residents. We didn't know that the code was changed because its normally not changed this often. I am severely offended at the customer service and lack of empathy. She just sat there and watched my mother trying in vain to get in knowing about the door code change. I don't recommend living here after this incident.😭😢

I don’t like that you force tenants to subscribe to your choice of cable and internet providers, which requires us to close out our long standing accounts with our chosen providers! I have to question as to whether or not it is a violation of the consumers rights!!

I had emergency surgery for pancreatitis and was forced to a hospital bed and missed 15 days of work the equivalent of $3000 in missed revenue all during the holiday season. When I got out, asked the office for help, none was given, but told I had till the 31st of the following month before eviction notice would go up. I got an eviction notice on the 9th giving me 7 days to pay or leave. There’s other ways they could handle this and still have the same payments by the end of the lease, but this place doesn’t care if you have an unfortunate situation and no help, they want money immediately and they will ruin your history over 9 days late.
