  Have resided at Latitude for close to one year and it has been such a pleasant living experience. It is peaceful, clean, the grounds are well kept and management is extremely kind and considerate. I appreciate the creative manners in which they build a sense of community amongst all who reside. It's a small community, therefore making it feel more like home. The management is top notch indeed and consistently professional. In my experience, they have been prompt, responsive, patient, informative, gracious and understanding. I have consistently been pleased with my home, inside and out; and the convenience of pet friendly options. It is useful to know what you're looking for in a home, environment, area, amenities and conveniences; considering family needs and desires. Latitude has much to offer and in my opinion, have gone above and beyond to assist in a positive living experience.

  it is not child friendly community..the staff is not helpfull at all..the rents are so expensive..

  I've been living here for about two months now. All brand new apartments, a bit on the expensive side but you definently get what you pay for. It is so close to things to do, pretty quiet, very spacious, and it has very easy roadways to get to the work. And another plus, the management is extremely kind and responsive. I only believe there needs to be more parking spaces.
