  I would like to share my wonderful experience with one of the best staff members at Keystone Trailhead, Jacquelyn Duke. Jacquelyn is extremely organized, responsive, kind, and truly cares about every detail of the community and its residents. Whenever she is in the office, I feel confident that any concern I have will be addressed properly and promptly. Beyond her professionalism, she has such a welcoming and positive personality that I genuinely enjoy stopping by the office just to say hello. Her dedication and kindness make a real difference in creating a great living environment. I truly hope the management team recognizes her hard work and considers giving her the appreciation or recognition she deserves. We are very lucky to have Jacquelyn at Keystone Trailhead!

  Wanted to take a moment to thank the maintenance team on cleaning / sterilizing our 3051 building from all the pigeon poop covering the staircases and hall areas. Thank you greatly! Big appreciation to Jaqueline, thank you for maintaining our community a very enjoyable, safe and clean place to live. My kids and I thank you all! Blessings!

  I’ve been living at Keystone Trailhead Village Apartments for a while now, and I have to say, I’m incredibly disappointed. Despite being a luxury community, the parking situation is absolutely atrocious. There are strict parking rules in the lease, but management does not enforce them—vehicles are frequently parked improperly and only receive warning stickers instead of being towed. Unregistered vehicles, campers, and work trucks—none of which are permitted—are regularly left in the lots. Many of these belong to non-residents staying long-term with tenants and are never addressed. As a result, actual residents are often unable to find parking and are forced to park in unsafe areas, such as along curbs. We have also experienced serious foundation issues that affect basic functionality in our unit. Doors do not open or close properly unless others in the home are adjusted, the back door swings open on windy days, and the front door has a noticeable gap. In addition, there have been ongoing management issues and repeated safety concerns, including excessive speeding in the parking lot. Tenants have nearly been hit—including myself—and the current measures, such as a couple of speed bumps and posted signs, are not sufficient to address the problem. I also have to say, the only person who seems to care about how this place is run is Jaqueline, the leasing manager. The actual manager never communicates—she’s managing three different complexes, and it feels like this community has been left as a low priority. I have had extensive conversations with the constant turnover of managers in the office—some have promised change, while others have not responded at all. It has been frustrating and exhausting to deal with a lack of consistency and follow-through. I’m tired of coming home and not knowing where I’m going to park, and equally tired of the repeated maintenance calls just to address ongoing issues that should have been resolved long ago.

  if you move here your packages will be delivered to the wrong location over and over again. The building signs are small and difficult to read, and the individual unit signs do not have the address. What happens is your unit # is the same for every building, only the address is unique. Except your apartment door doesn't have the address, it only has the unit # and the building # not the address. It's impossible for a delivery driver to know if they're dropping a package at the correct unit without also seeing the address on the front of the building (most/all of the doors are accessed from the rear of the buildings). This means that the delivery drivers need to see two different signs to know if they're at the correct unit or not, and these signs are on different parts of the buildings. While following the building address and then moving to the unit address might seem simple in concept, It's actually very easy to confuse building #7 unit 309 from building #8 309 when all the packages are referencing the address, not the building number. This issue seems to exist across the property. It happens so often, I can't possibly blame the delivery drivers for making these mistakes over and over again. I would give a better review, but being able to trust that I will get packages I order, that is important to my quality of life.

  Jacquelyn from Keystone Trailhead Village is the BEST leasing agent I have ever come across. She is all about team residency and puts us first before anything. Today, I asked if there was anyone from maintenance that could help me bring a heavy package up two flights of stairs and she went out of her way to help me with a tedious task happily. She really makes living at KTV a dream and these apartments are so beautiful with amazing views. HIGHLY recommend. Thank you Jacquelyn!
