  The worst thing about this apartment building is absolutely the management. Management has recently changed and only got worse. Ive had packages stolen from the designated mailroom with no help as apparently the cameras just don’t work in the main spot you would wish they would. the elevators are ALWAYS broken down, floors sticky, buttons stuck. I’ve had management simply walk away mid conversation, doors left unsafe/unsecured overnight during renovation (not maintenance fault they are chill, the management looked at it and didn’t care to find any way to help, just walked away). And yes the trash problem is as bad as everyone says so i wont even go there. They simply do not care to help their residents and are not ashamed to have the attitude that reflects it unless you’re about to sign your first lease. Don’t get stuck here!!

  Terrible management, maintenance entering our unit without warning, trash disposal issues, do not live here unless you want an expensive but cheaply maintained apartment

  This apartment is the worst I’ve lived in while in Reno. My apartment came with grease stains and smoke residue all over. They only fix completely vacant apartments, yet charge exorbitant fees to everyone moving out. Kitchens lacks storage. Walls lack insulation. Interior paint is cheap and easy to damage. Trash management is abysmal. All while being the most expensive apartment. Don’t fall for their perpetual sale pricing strategy.

  If you decide to live here I highly suggest you bring your own coffee mug, sugar and creamer residents here are hardcore with the coffee dispenser. :-)
