- VBVeronica BrittainSep 28, 20231.0If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Do not rent from this place. They don't care about the residents. The day I moved in I found there was a gas leak. It took them two months, TWO MONTHS, to fix it. I understand I am not using heat at the moment, but a gas leak is still a major thing they should fix right away. They never called me with updates. I always called and they said they would find out and get back to me. They never get back. You have to pester them about things. I ask how to use the smart lock. The lady said she would email me instructions on how to set it up. She never did. They don't do what they say they will. Do not recommend.
